.jpg) To tackle plagiarism, and to prepare appropriate action against plagiarism, the 4th Plagiarism Committee 2010 of the Plagiarism Committee which opened last December inside the Korea Copyright Committee, was held on the 9th of November. With plagiarism committee board members such as Prof. Hyung Doo Nam (Head of the Plagiarism Committee, Yonsei University Law School) present, this meeting focused on the management plans of the committee, the adoption and management of mediation regulations for plagiarism judgment, guidelines to tackle plagiarism in musical contents and its discussion. There was an especially deep discussion regarding the mediation regulations for plagiarism judgment, and regarding the guidelines to eradicate musical content plagiarism, the result of this committee meeting will be the basis for the discussion in next year’s committee meeting and the drafting of its amendment. |
