The 2nd CS agent conference was held on 5th August 2011 at Korea copyright commission. With outside experts in attendance, the discussions were centered on the construction of VOC integrated management system. Various opinions on commission's CS activities were also collected. Our commission will push ahead with the plan to improve customer satisfaction based on this conference.
